Development of building projects

The company is a privately held company engaged in promoting, installing and managing the business parks. The company was incorporated in September of 1984. The registered head office of the company is located in Valenciao, Spain. The company operates as a subsidiary of Generalitat Valenciana, a Spanish company active in the administration of housing and urban development programs. The company is the public enterprise depending on the regional ministry of Industry, Commerce and Innovation, which main activity is promoting, installing and managing the business parks of the Valencian Community. It is also in charge of carrying out the Business Park Development Plan, that will provide its Community with more than 20 millions of m2 of industrial land. The company performs activities related to the promotion and maintenance of the Industry in Valencia and disposes of a Service of Business Promotion, intended to provide advice and assistance at the time of companies' installation at the business parks promoted by the company as well as provide information on the type of aid and incentives potentially available (finance seeking, managing for obtaining permissions, etc.). In addition, the company carries out the technical inspection of vehicles, the management and control of the industrial security and metrology control in the Valencia Region, as established by the Government.
