The company is engaged in the development and selling of real estate. It is a joint-stock company incorporated in May of 1987. It has its registered head office address located in Valencia, Spain. The company focused its greater effort and investment in the following lines of work: sustainable generation of ground urbanized destined to the construction of protected house; promotion of protected house, or directly or through aids public of distraction of parcels; promotion from the access to the house in regime of rent through Agencia Valenciana de Alquiler or the Valencian Agency of Rent; rehabilitation of buildings in degradation process, and improvement of the management of the public park of houses of the Valencian community made up of more than 18,000 buildings. Other than Valencia, the company also develops real estates and other related properties in Alicante and Castellón, Spain.
