This company is engaged in the provision of real estate services. It was incorporated in November of 1963. The registered business office of the company is located in Valencia, Spain. The company accumulates a real estate asset of more than 60,000 m2 of offices, 1,500 parking spaces, 77,000 m2 of commercial premises, 325,000 m2 of industrial warehouses and 8,000 m2 of refrigerated warehouses. It also owns four four-star hotels in Valencia that have a total of 662 rooms. All these properties are fully finished and under lease. In addition, within the agricultural activity, the company exploits farms of irrigation with an extension of more than 10.000.000 m2. The company is active and operational in Spain.
