The company, together with its subsidiaries, is engaged in the manufacture, supply and operation of amusement and gambling machines in Spain. With registered head office located in Valencia, Spain, the company was incorporated in December 1994. The company is a leading player in the gaming industry in Valencia area and occupy a significant market share in the domestic market. One of its subsidiaries is Maria Cristescu, S.A., which is a manufacturer and distributor of all types of amusement machines. Its products are supplied and leased throughout Spain.
