The company is engaged in the provision of water services in Spain. With registered head office located in Valencia, Spain, the company was established as a joint venture between the Valencia City Council and Aguas de Valencia, S.A. in order to manage the public water supply service and the supply of drinking water to the home in the city of Valencia. It was incorporated in March 2002. The company's services cover all aspects of the water cycle including sourcing, transporting, potabilization and distributing drinking water, as well as collection, wastewater treatment and returning it to nature with the least possible impact on the environment. Its activities include the construction and management of water systems, distribution, as well as provides related services, including metering, and repair and maintenance.
