The company operates as a Spanish water supply solutions company that provides water supply, sewage and treatment services in Valencia. It has its registered head office located in Valencia, Spain. It was founded in 1988 by the Excelentísima Diputación Provincial de Valencia (Provincial Valencian Government) to solve the hydrological cycle problems suffered by some municipalities in the province of Valencia. The company operates a treatment plant, in which all the sewage goes through the pre-treatment, primary, biological, secondary and tertiary treatment. It is partly-owned by Aguas de Valencia S.A., which is engaged in the distribution of water for domestic, commercial, and industrial use; water purification and sewer drainage services and in providing water for the purpose of irrigation for agricultural use.
