It is a group of companies specializing in the development of solutions for application in the renewable energy sector. SILIKEN began its activities in June 2001, lead by Carlos Navarro, Gonzalo Navarro and Alfredo Puche. It was created as a result of concerns for current energy and environmental problems and received the IMPIVA award for the best business initiative during its first year. The company has a registered office located in Rafelbuñol, Spain. Its activities focus mainly on the manufacture of photovoltaic modules for stand-alone and grid-connected installations; products which, due to their quality and efficiency, have made the company a leader in the sector. The company is present in Spain (Valencia, Albacete and Tenerife), the United States, Italy, France and Germany, and it has a vocation of expansion in new markets. Its Vision-Mission: To grow, innovate and be profitable, all within the framework of sustainable development, using resources to improve life quality without harming the environment; to supply efficient renewable energy at an affordable price; to be a leading business group in the renewable energy sector and constantly improve levels of efficiency and competitiveness; to contribute to the gradual replacement of fossil fuels with renewable energy; and to be committed to development which satisfies today's needs without compromising the ability of future generations to satisfy their own needs.
