Activities of holding companies
The company is a holding firm engaged in the management and administration of its subsidiaries and affiliates. It was incorporated in July of 1976 and it conducts business from its registered head office located in Valencia, Spain. As a holding company, it administers, oversees, and manages other companies or enterprises that normally undertake the strategic or organizational planning and decision-making role of the company. In particular, the company also exercises financial control over its subsidiaries, settles their general policy and appoints their top managements as well as provides central services. In addition, the company offers its services to private individuals, small traders, entrepreneurial subjects, corporate and state non-profit organizations.
