The company is primarily engaged in the wholesale trade of citrus fruits. Its brands are offered exclusively to one dealer in each market: Art Fruits, Anita, Blink, Sweety and Vitamina. It was created in September of 1993. The company has a registered office located in Valencia, Spain. The company was the first legally created consortium in the Spanish citrus sector. The initial objective was the extension of the distribution net of the associates, seeking, along the way, by the introduction of it's brands in the recently open markets of Eastern Europe and the attraction of new clients within the large European distribution. This work began with the use of the three home brands of the group at that time: VITAMINA, SWEETY y ANITA, and the establishment of a sales office in the city of Valencia, in order to be better located for movement between the north and south of the community as well as so that packing and transporting could be better controlled and to improve the reception and attention of clients in general. The total production of the group adds up to a total greater than 150.000 tons, of which 70/75 percent corresponds to clementines (mainly Clemenules), all cultivated in Castellon, a region internationally recognized as the best region for crops. For the cultivation of the rest of the citrus, it has expanded to Valencia, Alicante and Murcia. Besides the actual associates, the company has trusting working relatioships with many other companies for whom it commercializes their products with its brands and quality controls.
