It is a cooperative primarily engaged in the marketing of citrus fruits (oranges, mandarins, lemons and grapefruit) and processed products, such as wines, grape juices, fruit juices and preserved fruits and vegetables. The cooperative was founded in 1975 by a group of cooperatives. It has a registered office located in Valencia, Spain. The cooperative is the market leader in the sale of fruits and vegetables in Spain and is one of the biggest fruit and vegetable marketers in Europe. It represents 98 cooperatives located in Spain's main agricultural areas, and it markets their produce in more than 50 countries. Its main objectives are to extend product seasons, to increase the variety of produce marketed, to sell larger quantities, and to represent farmers in their dealings with large-scale distribution chains. The company’s main brands are Bouquet, Bouquet Bio, BlackCat and Nadal. The cooperative has a supply network made up of a number of sales offices, which are located in Valencia, Sevilla, Murcia and Almeria. It distributes its produce in Poland, the Czech Republic, Germany, the United Kingdom, Holland, France and Spain.
