The company operates as an independent business and nonprofit membership organization for metal mechanic sector. It was incorporated in 1997 and has its registered business office in Valencia, Spain. The company specializes in representing companies in the metallurgical industry in Valencia, both of industry and commerce and services. It is responsible for the negotiation of collective agreement, workers training and courses, advising on grants and subsidies and SME projects. It also has expertise in institutional representation, training, internationalization, legal matters, labor mediation, occupational risk prevention, as well as security industrial innovation and technology, environment safety and insurance management. In addition, the company is committed to defend and represent the interests of the associations and associates; as well as being instrument for the provision of services through the implementation of a wide range of activities.
